＜Menu＞
Seasonal FUJIYAMA chocolate ～Spring～
A delicate cherry blossom mousse slope adorned with white chocolate "snow"—a springtime Mount Fuji. With each bite, the aroma of cherry blossoms and the smoothness of white chocolate unfold, while the candied cherry blossom at the top adds a subtle hint of saltiness. Enjoy the magnificent springtime Mount Fuji in this small cake.
Seasonal Cup Desserts ＜ICHIGO＞
A harmony of three layers in a glass. The sweet and sour taste of the strawberry confiture at the bottom melts into the smooth milk pudding in the middle layer, and the finishing touch is a delicate aroma added by a jelly made with sake from Sasaichi Brewery. Enjoy this light yet profound drink where the clear flavors of spring-picked strawberries and sake come together.
※Alcohol is used. Children can eat it, but a little bit flavor left.

Hideaki Miyamoto
 
Born in Tokyo in 1978. He gained experience at "フランス菓子 16区", and won the first prize in a contest of Western sweets in Kyushu, grand-gateau category in 2013.
In 2016, he won the silver prize in "Japan cake show Tokyo, grand-gateau category".
In 2018, since he took in charge of chef at Highland resort, he has made various sweets using local ingredients.
And he won other many prizes.
