Regarding Domain Designation
● After submitting your online application, you will receive an automated reply email with your "reception number".
* If there is no information to you, please contact us at the address written below.
* If the domain is blocked, please set your email to receive emails from "@fujikyu-travel.co.jp".

After Application Completed
● Please complete the payment process. Click the "Proceed to Payment" or "Payment" button displayed on the application completion screen to proceed.
* You can also complete the payment process from My Page.

Payment
● If you have not yet completed the payment process,【click here (My Page).
● Credit Card: Once the payment succeeds, the payment information on My Page will be marked as "Deposited".
* Registration for the identity authentication service (3D Secure) is required.
* Supported payment brands: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express.
● PayPay: Once the payment succeeds, the payment information on My Page will be marked as "Deposited".
● Convenience store: You can issue a payment number only once by pressing the payment button. After it is issued, you will receive payment instructions via an email. Once payment is complete, the payment information on your My Page will be marked as "Deposited". You can check the payment method at the URL below.

(※Note)In the case of paying at a convenience store, if the due day written above passes between the time the payment certification is issued and the time the payment is completed at a register, the application will be automatically canceled even if you paid. ● After payment, from 14 days before departure,you can see the final itinerary.
● Or you can print it out to paper. It is also available.

For a kid under 18 at the beggining of your trip
● They need a parental consent form.(Including high school students even they are over 18)

  Consent form is required for everyone who participates in our trip only with children.

How to use the final itinerary on the day
● Show it to a station attendant.

In the case you cannot pay or obtain your ticket
● If you cannot log in to your My page:A registered mail address and a password are needed to log in. If you forget your password, please reissue it from Log in page.
● If you cannot pay by cards or paypay:The payment botton may be hidden to prevent double paying when the payment is interrupted. Please tell us in that case with the address written below.
● If you cannot pay at a convenience store:Payment number is shown on the WEB (once), or a mail sent to you after issuing the number. Please contact us if you don't know it with the address written below.
● If your ticket isn't shown on the screen:If it happens even if you push the final itinerary botton,①redo later ②change the blowser and phone. Still not solved, please contact us with the address written below.

Cancellation or change
● Cancellation fee is required when the day, course, and so on are changed for your own reasons.
 * Please contact the address below to cancel. You cannot do it by yourself on the WEB.

Cancellation fee
● The fee below is asked when you cancel your reservation for your own reasons.
● If you have paid by cards, the refund will be done through a card campany.
● If you have paid by paypay, we will refund to your paypay account.
● If you have paid at a convenience store, we will refund using "cash post".
* Additional commission is required to use cash post (you paid under 30,000 yen, commission is 360 yen, over 30,000 yen, commission is 410 yen).
