● Shiba-sakura Liner (bus) departing from Kawaguchiko Station or Fujiyama Station, please present your “Mogiri Ticket(Mobile Ticket)” when boarding or exiting the bus. Also,To enter the FUJI SHIBAZAKURA FESTIVAL, please present your “Mogiri Ticket(Mobile Ticket)” at the dedicated “Shiba Ticket(Shiba-sakura WEB Ticket)” booth. (Only smartphones in communication status are accepted. No printouts or computers allowed.)()
If you are unable to make a payment or obtain a ticket
● If you cannot log in to My Page: To log in to My Page, you will need your registered e-mail address and password. If you do not know your password, please go to “Forgot your password” on the
login page to have your password reissued.
● When credit card or PayPay payment is not available:When payment is interrupted, the payment button may be hidden to prevent double payment. In this case, please contact us at the contact information below.
