How to use the “Mogiri Ticket (Mobile Ticket)” on the day of the event
● To enter the FUJI SHIBAZAKURA FESTIVAL, please present your “Mogiri Ticket(Mobile Ticket)” at the dedicated “Shiba Ticket（Shiba-sakura WEB Ticket）” booth. (Only smartphones in communication status are accepted. No printouts or computers allowed.)
● Shiba-sakura Liner (bus) departing from Kawaguchiko Station or Fujiyama Station, please present your “Mogiri Ticket(Mobile Ticket)” when boarding or exiting the bus. Also,To enter the FUJI SHIBAZAKURA FESTIVAL, please present your “Mogiri Ticket(Mobile Ticket)” at the dedicated “Shiba Ticket（Shiba-sakura WEB Ticket）” booth. (Only smartphones in communication status are accepted. No printouts or computers allowed.)（Click here for the MAP of Kawaguchiko Station Bus Stop No. 7）
● Fujikyu Railway (Train)
　 Please activate the "Mogiri Ticket" yourself (by sliding the screen) at any time before boarding on the day of use. Show the activated screen to the staff.
　 (Only smartphones with network connectivity are accepted. Printouts and computers are not accepted.)
　 * Note: You may be asked to present an ID that matches the applicant's name.
　 * Note: This ticket is valid only on the Fujikyu Railway line. It cannot be used for direct JR through-trains (e.g., trains departing Takao at 7:25 (7:24 on weekends/holidays) for Kawaguchiko, trains departing Kawaguchiko at 10:32 for Takao, and the "FUJI EXCURSION" limited express).
　 * Note: A separate limited express ticket is required for express trains. However, this ticket cannot be used for the "FUJI EXCURSION" (A separate train ticket and limited express ticket are required to ride the FUJI EXCURSION).
● To enter Fujisan Deck, please present your "digital ticket" at the ticket counter. (Only smartphones with an active internet connection are accepted. Printouts and computers are not permitted.)

If you are unable to make a payment or obtain a ticket
● If you cannot log in to My Page: To log in to My Page, you will need your registered e-mail address and password. If you do not know your password, please go to “Forgot your password” on the login page to have your password reissued.
● When credit card or PayPay payment is not available：When payment is interrupted, the payment button may be hidden to prevent double payment. In this case, please contact us at the contact information below.
● If the ticket cannot be displayed：If the “Reception Ticket” button does not appear after clicking it, please (1) take some time and try again, or (2) change your browser or device and try again. If it still does not display, please contact us at the contact information below.

Reservation Change
● FUJI SHIBAZAKURA FESTIVAL Entrance ticket、Fuji Shibazakura & Fujisan Deck Combo Ticket：We do not accept changes in the number of people or ticket type.Date change is possible.（Must be unused.We will respond during our business hours. Modification deadline：Up to the day of use before the change. Changeable Date：Available only on dates when on sale. No refunds will be made for any difference.
● Shiba-sakura Liner(Departure from Kawaguchiko Station and Mt.FUji Station), Fujikyu Railway 2-Day Pass + Shiba-sakura Liner：Change of ticket type is not accepted。Date change is possible.（Must be unused.We will respond during our business hours. Modification deadline：Up to the day of use before the change. Changeable Date：Available only on dates when on sale. ）Any reduction in the number of participants will be subject to a cancellation fee.

cancellation charge
● In the event of a cancellation for the customer's own reason for the following items that are eligible for cancellation and refund, the following amounts will be charged as cancellation fees.
