After you complete the registration:
● Please proceed with the payment process. Click on the [Proceed to Payment] or [Pay] button shown on the completion screen.

Payment:
● If you haven't completed the payment process, please click here【My Page】.
● Credit Card: Once the payment is successful, the deposit information on your My Page will be marked "paid."
＊ Registration for the 3D Secure authentication service is required.
＊ Supported payment brands include: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express.
● PayPay: Once the payment is successful, the deposit information on your My Page will be marked "paid."
● Convenience Store: You can issue a payment number once via the payment button. After issuance, you will receive an email notification with payment instructions. Once the payment is completed, the deposit information will be marked "paid" on your My Page. You can check the payment methods at the following URLs:

● Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum: Please show your "tear-off ticket" at the ticket window.

If Payment or Ticket is unable to displayed:
● If you are unable to log in to My Page: To log into My Page, your registered email address and password are necessary. If you forgot your password, please request a reissue from the "Forgot Password" on the login page.
● If credit card or PayPay payment is not possible: If the payment is interrupted, the payment button may be hidden to prevent double billing. In that case, please contact us at the following contact information.
● If convenience store payment is not possible: The payment number is displayed once on the WEB screen and in the email notification after issuance. If you do not know the payment number, please contact us at the following contact information.

Reservation Changes
