【In the case you cannot pay or obtain your ticket】
● If you cannot log in to your My page:A registered mail address and a password are needed to log in. If you forget your password, please reissue it from
Log in page.
● If you cannot pay by cards or paypay:The payment botton may be hidden to prevent double paying when the payment is interrupted. Please tell us in that case with the address written below.
● If you cannot pay at a convenience store:Payment number is shown on the WEB (once), or a mail sent to you after issuing the number. Please contact us if you don't know it with the address written below.
● If your ticket isn't shown on the screen:If it happens even if you push the final itinerary botton,①redo later ②change the blowser and phone. Still not solved, please contact us with the address written below.
Cancellation
● We ask cancellation fee if you change itinerary for your own reasons.
● Change of departure date, contents, and so on is not possible. If you want to do that, you have to cancel the whole reservation and reserve again.
● Change of number also might be refused depends on plans.
