After application successed
● Please complete the payment procedure. Click the [Proceed to payment procedure] or [Payment] button displayed on the reception completion screen to proceed.
* You can also complete the payment procedure on My Page.
Payment

● Credit cards: If the payment is successful, the deposit information on My Page will be "Deposited".
* Registration for the identity authentication service (3D Secure) is required.

● PayPay:If the payment is successful, the deposit information on My Page will be "Deposited".
● Convenience stores:You can get payment numbers only once by pressing the payment button. You will be notified of payment instructions by a mail after the numbers made. Once payment is complete, the payment information on your My Page will be "Payment completed." You can check the payment method at the URL below.

(※Note) In the case of convenience stores payment, if the deadline has already passeed until the payment at a convenience store, your reservation will be automatically canceled even if you have paid. Please make sure your payment is complete before the deadline.

How to use the ticket on the day
● Show your ticket when boarding or disembarking.(Phones need to be networking. Printing and computers are not accepted;/ Invalid if you disembarking midway)
If you cannot make a payment or get a ticket
● If you cannot log in to My Page: Your mail address and password you registered are needed to log in to My Page. If you forget your password,
please remake your password from "Forgot a password" on the login page.
● If you cannot pay by credit card or PayPay: If the payment is interrupted, the payment button may be hidden to prevent double payment. In that case, please contact the following adress.
● If you cannot pay at a convenience store: Payment numbers will be shown on the web written only once, and in the mail after it has been made. If you do not know Payment numbers, please contact us with the adress below.
● If you cannot show your ticket: If your ticket does not appear even after clicking the "Ticket" button, please 1) wait a while and try again, or 2) try again with a different device. If you still cannot show your ticket, please contact us with the adress below.
Cancellation / Change
● It is not accept to change types of a ticket. Date change is possible. (Only for unused tickets. It can be done during our business hours. Change deadline : Up to the day of use before the change. Possible dates to change: Only possible for dates on sale.) Decrease of the number may be charged cancellation fees.
* Cancellations and changes cannot be made online. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us with the adress below.
Cancellation fees
● If you cancel for your own reasons, the following amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
● If you paid by a credit card, we will refund you through your credit card company.
● If you paid with PayPay, the refund will be made through your PayPay account (balance).
● If you paid at a convenience store, the refund will be made using the money transfer service (cash post).
* A fee for sending money will be charged for using the money transfer service (cash post). (Your payment is less than ¥30,000 : ¥360, over ¥30,000 : ¥410)
