Important Notes for this Tour
★One event admission ticket is required per participant. Please purchase tickets for the total number of attendees.
★Participants under 18 years of age may attend only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants of junior high school age or older must purchase a regular admission ticket individually.
★Each adult may be accompanied by up to two children of elementary school age or younger.
★Children aged 12 or under (elementary school age or younger) may participate free of charge. Please ensure that children are physically fit enough to walk the entire course on their own. Three meals and camping accommodation are included for participating children.
★Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including if forgotten or lost. Admission will not be permitted regardless of any proof presented. Please be sure to bring your ticket.
★No changes or cancellations will be accepted after purchase. Refunds are also unavailable.
★A wristband will be issued in exchange for the admission ticket. Once removed, the wristband becomes invalid. Please keep it on your wrist until you leave the event.
★Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances. If lost, you will be required to leave the event or purchase a replacement. In the event of damage, please bring the damaged wristband to the information desk at the start or finish venue, or to staff at a checkpoint.

★There is no accommodation on the venue. Please bring your own camping equipment, such as a tent. If you do not have camping equipment, it is available for rental at the venue. If you wish to rent, please make sure to apply in advance.
Travel Conditions
・This tour is planned and implemented by Fujikyu Travel Co., Ltd., and the contract is based on the terms and conditions of the package tour approved by the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency and the terms and conditions listed on each page.
・The meeting place, meeting time, and arrival time may change due to various circumstances. Please check the "Final Itinerary" for details.
・Arrival at tourist spots and the final destination may be delayed due to road congestion. Connections to other public transportation at the final destination are not guaranteed.
・The bus seats four rows of seats. (All seats on the bus, excluding passenger seats, are used as seats.)
・There are no restrooms, charging stations, Wi-Fi, or other facilities on the bus.
・If the trip significantly exceeds two hours, we will stop at a service area for restroom breaks.
・If the trip is canceled, we will contact you approximately 10 days in advance.

● If you are unable to log in to your My Page: To log in to your My Page, you will need your registered email address and password. If you do not know your password, please use the password notification feature on the login page. To use the password notification feature, enter your registered email address and security question. A new window (pop-up) will automatically open and display your password. *This feature will not work if you have pop-ups blocked on your computer or smartphone. For smartphones, you can disable pop-up blocking in your smartphone settings. (For example, on an iPhone, go to Settings → Safari → Turn off Pop-up Blocker.)
● If you are unable to make a credit card payment: If a payment is interrupted, the payment button may be hidden to prevent double payments. In this case, please contact us using the information below.
● If your ticket cannot be displayed: If the ticket does not appear even after clicking the "Final Itinerary" or "Ticket" button, please 1) check your connection status, 2) check the function restrictions on your smartphone or other device (for iPhone, go to Settings > General > Restrictions), 3) check the available space on your smartphone or other device, and 4) try logging in to My Page using a different smartphone or PC.
