Important Notes for this Tour
★One "2-Day, 1-Night Admission Ticket" is required per person for accommodation on Saturday, April 11th. 3-day, 2-night bus tours are not permitted.
★Children under elementary school age are admitted free if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children 3 years and older require a child seat on the bus tour, so please purchase a bus ticket. Children aged 0-2 are free if they sit on the bus seat's lap.
★The minimum number of participants is 30. If there are fewer than 30 participants, the tour will be canceled and you will be notified approximately 10 days in advance. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price and bus fare.
★Refunds will not be given for customer convenience, artist cancellations or changes, or event interruptions or cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters, or epidemics.
★Wristbands will be issued upon arrival at the venue. Once worn, wristbands will be invalidated if removed. Please be sure to wear them until you leave.
★Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances. If you lose your wristband, you will be asked to leave the venue or purchase a new one. In the event of damage, please bring the item to the information desk.
★Pets are not allowed on bus tours.
★Please be aware that you are responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the various activities being held. Please also be aware that you are responsible for taking out various insurance policies.
★Please be sure to read the guidelines on the official website and the important notesbelow before purchasing .
★There is no accommodation on the venue. Please bring your own camping equipment, such as a tent. If you do not have camping equipment, it is available for rental at the venue. If you wish to rent, please make sure to apply in advance.

Travel Conditions
・This tour is planned and implemented by Fujikyu Travel Co., Ltd., and the contract is based on the terms and conditions of the package tour approved by the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency and the terms and conditions listed on each page.
・The meeting place, meeting time, and arrival time may change due to various circumstances. Please check the "Final Itinerary" for details.
・Arrival at tourist spots and the final destination may be delayed due to road congestion. Connections to other public transportation at the final destination are not guaranteed.
・The bus seats four rows of seats. (All seats on the bus, excluding passenger seats, are used as seats.)
・There are no restrooms, charging stations, Wi-Fi, or other facilities on the bus.
・If the trip significantly exceeds two hours, we will stop at a service area for restroom breaks.
・If the trip is canceled, we will contact you approximately 10 days in advance.


Reservation Changes/Cancellations
Online cancellations and cancellations are not accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by email with the following information

Cancellation fee
The cancellation fee after purchase is as follows.
・For credit card payments, refunds will be made through your credit card company.

You are unable to make a payment or obtain your ticket
● If you are unable to log in to your My Page: To log in to your My Page, you will need your registered email address and password. If you do not know your password, please use the password notification feature on the login page. To use the password notification feature, enter your registered email address and security question. A new window (pop-up) will automatically open and display your password. *This feature will not work if you have pop-ups blocked on your computer or smartphone. For smartphones, you can disable pop-up blocking in your smartphone settings. (For example, on an iPhone, go to Settings → Safari → Turn off Pop-up Blocker.)
● If you are unable to make a credit card payment: If a payment is interrupted, the payment button may be hidden to prevent double payments. In this case, please contact us using the information below.
● If your ticket cannot be displayed: If the ticket does not appear even after clicking the "Final Itinerary" or "Ticket" button, please 1) check your connection status, 2) check the function restrictions on your smartphone or other device (for iPhone, go to Settings > General > Restrictions), 3) check the available space on your smartphone or other device, and 4) try logging in to My Page using a different smartphone or PC. If you still cannot access the ticket, please contact us using the information below.
